Natasha is a proud Cantabrian, who embarked upon a career in recruitment whilst in London during her big OE. After successfully working for 4 years placing construction professionals across the UK, she returned to her roots in Christchurch. With over 20 years recruitment experience, Natasha has worked for boutique and global consultancies and has a thorough understanding of the construction market across New Zealand. Specialising in placing white collar professionals, Natasha has an excellent understanding of her area of expertise, not only with the day-to-day recruitment, but she also has good onsite experience where she has acquired these skills from working with her builder husband renovating numerous properties.
