Your new role

As a Project Manager you will be working alongside a stable team leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.  You will be responsible for managing the site teams, ensuring they have the support which is required to deliver successful projects.  

  • Managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling and budgeting of projects
  • Communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, in compliance with building codes and regulations and managing project risk
  • Plan, establish and monitor health and safety systems
  • Working with Quantity Surveyors to ensure costs are kept within budget  

What you need to succeed

  • Carpentry trade qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager
  • Have been responsible of the full construction cycle of running projects
  • Been responsible for running various project values, in the region of up to $15million
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Be collaborate with others with professionalism
  • A professional and sound work ethic and technical leadership skills
  • A Full Class 1 NZ Drivers License
