Your new role

Coming on board as a Project Manager, you will be experienced and be a strong leader for the team in Queenstown, whilst working alongside the Quantity Surveyor & Site Manager on Commercial build projects. You will be driven to succeed personally and drive the success of those around you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically planning and effectively managing all aspects of the construction project
  • Development of construction programme
  • Risk mitigation
  • Strong and committed to Health & Safety
  • Leading cost control and budget reporting
  • Construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders

What you need to succeed

  • 5 years+ NZ/AUS Commercial Project Management experience
  • Proven leadership experience, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven planning & program management experience
  • Leadership of Health and Safety
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Finance and budgeting skills
